Managing Pending Registrations

Once a worker self-registers, an authorized user will need to approve that registration before the worker profile becomes available on the dashboard. These users are able to approve, reject, or approve and assign a badge simultaneously.

Enabling Pending status for your project

To have new registrations enter a pending state Pending Registrations must be enabled for the project. This is set on the Settings tab in Registrations Preferences.

When enabled (on), any new registration is marked as pending and needed to be approved to the Workforce Directory. 

When disabled (off), all registrations automatically enter the Workforce Directory as they are submitted by workers registering to the project.

Processing pending registrations

  1. Select People from the drop-down menu at the top of the dashboard.
  2. Click Pending Registrations in the list on the left side of the dashboard.
  3. To Approve a registration, click the check mark icon in the center.
  4. Click Approve on the prompt that follows.

  5. To Approve & Assign a registration, click the icon on the left.
  6. Enter the desired Badge ID on the prompt that follows.
  7. Click Approve.

  8. To Reject a registration, click the garbage can icon on the right.
  9. Click Reject on the prompt that follows. If the worker included a phone number during registration you have the options to send a custom text to include any next steps or needed information.

Bulk processing pending registrations

  1. Select People from the drop-down menu at the top of the dashboard.
  2. Click Pending Registrations in the list on the left side of the dashboard.
  3. Click the checkbox next to each worker you intend to process. 
  4. Click Actions on the right side.
  5. Click Approve to project or decline.registrations_4.png
