The workforce report is a central directory for all tradespeople that have been to your project or registered to your project.
To get to the workforce report first click Reports -> Workforce Report.
Each row on the workforce report corresponds to a single person. The workforce report will tell you the first/last day they were recorded, along with total hours on site and other attributes collected. See our What are the available fields for registrations article to see what fields are available.
The workforce report uses our advanced grids to provide enhanced queries. To learn more about the advance grids see our How to use the advance grids article.
Now that you know how to use the advanced gird, here are some sample queries you can use the workforce report for:
- Find all people who were on site in the past two weeks that haven't been to safety briefing in 4 months
- Show the number of people registered to each contractor and their sub
- Show all the workforce sorted by date registered
- Show all pending workforce
