Available Reports for Subscription

Eyrus' system can send reports for the entire project or for just for one sub contractor.  Reports are sent to an email address either on a daily or weekly basis to subscribers.  Daily emails are sent out everyday if there is data. If there is no data the report will not be sent and weekly emails are sent on Monday morning for the previous week.  All emails are sent ~5am local time for the project. Additional reports are available via self service.

Project Level Reports

Daily Headcount

Frequency: Daily

Format: Excel

Description: The previous day's headcount broken into three levels: Prime, sub as well as individual person.  For the contract level headcount is provided at both the prime level which includes headcount for all the subs as well as a breakdown by each sub.  For each person at each sub their first/last seen is provided along with gross hours on site.

 

Weekly Headcount

Frequency: Weekly

Format: Excel

Description: The previous week's headcount broken into two levels: Prime and sub.  Headcount is provided at both the prime level which includes headcount for all the subs as well as a breakdown by each sub.  

 

Contracts Awaiting Client Confirmation

Frequency: Weekly

Format: Excel

Description: Sometimes contracts will get setup in Eyrus system but we are still waiting for information.  These contract are awaiting client confirmation that they were setup correctly.  This report will send a list of any outstanding contracts.

Contract Level Reports

Daily Headcount

Frequency: Daily

Format: PDF

Description: A subcontractor gets access to what Eyrus is reporting their headcount is for the previous day.  The report is provided in PDF.

 

Weekly Headcount

Frequency: Weekly

Format: PDF

Description: A subcontractor gets access to what Eyrus is reporting their headcount is for the previous week.  The report is provided in PDF.
