The photos section of a daily log is where a submitter can send any set of pictures to the reviewer. To get started first make sure you are inside of the correct project and click the date you want to fill out tasks for.
The daily log for that date will open. On desktop the Headcount section will open by default so you need to navigate to the Photos section. On mobile the daily log landing page will open by default so you need to click the Photos section.
From there you will be able to view the photos entered in for a given day and add/edit/delete photos. On desktop it will look like this:
As you can see above, photos can be uploaded in sets. So if you want to have one comment with multiple support photos that is possible. Clicking Upload Photos will open up a new page to enter in a caption and one or more photos.
You can either drag photos onto the upload photos area or click the Upload Photo button to select the photos to upload. As mentioned previously you can upload multiple images along with one caption. A caption is required to upload photos. Once everything is done, click Save.
Editing a photo will open up the same page as creating a new photo however the photos will be pre-populated with the photos being edited. If you want to remove one of the images you can click the x next to the picture.
To delete a photo, click the delete icon above will bring up a confirmation dialog asking if you want to delete the photo. The photo will be deleted upon confirmation.
On mobile things are slightly different, the photos section looks like the below.
Clicking the plus button will bring up a page to let you add new photos. On mobile you have the option to select a previously take photo or bring up the camera to take a new picture. Once you have selected the picture to upload and put in a caption click the Save button.
Editing a photo will open up the same dialog as creating a new photo however the photo will be pre-populated with the photo being edited. From there if you want to remove a photo click the x next to the photo.
Right now you cannot delete a photo on mobile.
