Before we go into the detail of how to fill out the walkthrough it is important to know that there can be multiple walkthroughs for one project for the same day. It is up to you to decide on how you want to structure your walkthroughs. You could:
- Have one walkthrough and all superintendents fill out information in the same place
- Create a separate walkthrough for each superintendent
- Create a morning, afternoon and evening walkthrough and have the superintendents fill it out together during their walk through of the site
Basically you can structure the walkthroughs any way you need to fit the requirements of the site.
In order to start filling out a walkthrough, first make sure you are on the correct project / date. From projects click the project you want and then select the date you want to add a walkthrough for. If you need help finding the date please see our article on how to find historical daily reports.
That will bring up a list of current walkthroughs for that day. If there are no walkthroughs the list will be blank. Click the Create Walkthrough button to get started.
That will create a blank walkthrough with a default name of "Walkthrough 1". You can change the name to whatever name you want based up how you want to structure things.
From here you can click on the section you want to fill out. Each Walkthrough can contain sections for Notes, Photos and Questionnaire.
