Using Expanded Timesheets

Traditionally a daily timesheet is composed of a "first seen" time and a "last seen" time. The total gross hours for a given day is simply the duration between those two times. However, a lot more activity happens between those times that is useful and can help in scenarios relating to safety, security, and/or general project-related inquiries.

Expanded timesheets in Eyrus provide a chronological breakdown of all the data points recorded for an individual. This includes access control events, entering and leaving site zones, Bluetooth seen events, and even off-site time. Expanded timesheets are available in the worker profile.

If a site entrance and exit has been assigned, timesheets will also display the net on-site hours in addition to gross hours. On-site hours account for any time during the day an individual was off-site.
