Using the Eyrus eStore

Hardware & Wearable Ordering Options

We have two ways to order additional items for your project. (hardware or wearables) 

Preferred Option:

The eStore gives users the ability to order Eyrus hardware and equipment within the platform. These orders are received and processed by our operations team.

Accessing the eStore

To access the eStore head to the Hardware module and click "Order hardware" from the side menu. This is load an embedded version of the store and display the available products specific to your project available to order. 

Add the necessary items to your cart and check-out as prompted.

What happens after you order?

After submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Our staff will review the order, reaching out if there are any questions or issues. The team will process your order and get your purchases shipped out in a timely fashion. You will receive an email notifying you of the change in status, along with tracking info and any other comments.

Purchases are included on your next invoice for your convenience. 

Readers & Cameras

A few items (NFC Access Control Units, BLE Readers) are tied to subscriptions with Eyrus. By purchasing these items, you will see changes to your monthly subscriptions based on your contract terms. These subscription changes will begin starting with your next invoice after the order is fulfilled.
