Getting Started with Hammertech

Our integration with Hammertech provides a simple, automated way to sync Hammertech-registered workers into Eyrus. This integration is enabled using a one-time setup process the maps companies and registration fields (profile attributes).

Authenticate with Hammertech

Head to Project Settings/Integrations and click Get Started on the Hammertech integration card. The first step is to add your Hammertech username, password, and client URL (this is usually formatted like "https://mycompany.hammertechonline.com"). When ready click Authenticate.

Select your project

From here simply select the Hammertech project you want to sync with your Eyrus project.

Map companies

This step displays all the companies currently added to your Eyrus project and the ability to map them to the right companies in your Hammertech account. This is a critical step as this is the company a worker will be assigned to when they're imported into Eyrus.

Throughout the project if more companies are added you can come back here and update the mappings.

Confirm registration fields

The system wil automatically map specific registration fields. This step is simply to confirm the field selections.

Please note that only workers with an approval date in Hammertech will be synced to Eyrus.

All set

That's it! Worker registrations will now automatically sync from Hammertech into Eyrus. Any new, approved registrations added to Hammertech will sync to Eyrus usually within 5 minutes.
