Absorb LMS

We're excited to partner with Absorb LMS to add real-time curriculum completion status to your Eyrus project. If you are a current Absorb customer please contact your Eyrus representative or our support team with any questions to get things started.

The integration allows you to easily:

  • Link your Absorb account with an Eyrus project.
  • Automatically view curriculum completion status for each worker when they register to Eyrus.

Settings things up

To get started head to Project Settings/Integrations/Absorb LMS. You'll need a couple things from your Absorb account to get set up.

Once you input your Absorb client details you'll then be directed to log into Absorb to verify your account settings and authenticate.

Next copy the curriculum ID for the group of courses you would like Eyrus to monitor for each worker. Statuses will reflect the completion of this curriculum.

That's it! Eyrus will now automatically match workers to their Absorb accounts when they register and get the completion status for the curriculum.

Viewing statuses

Once the integration is enabled there are a few places where Absorb statuses can be seen across Eyrus.

The first is in Pending Registrations. This allows you to see if a worker has completed all the coursework even before you've approved them to the project in Eyrus.

The Absorb LMS column and filter is also available for all registered workers in the Workforce Directory.

Each worker profile will also display the current completion status as well as the last updated time. The integration will monitor for updates to worker matches and completion status every 10 minutes.

Status types

You'll see 3 different statuses once the integration is enabled - Not Available, Not Complete, Complete.

Not Available

This indicates we could not find a match in Absorb for the given worker. Double check to make sure the email address on file matches their account Absorb.

Not Complete

This indicates that we matched the worker, however their curriculum is still incomplete.

Complete

This indicates the worker has completed all the coursework in the given curriculum.
