Account Removal

If you are no longer working for an active project using the Eyrus app you can request your account be removed using the following steps:

  1. Contact support@eyrus.com and include your name, phone number, and project name.
  2. Once reviewed your mobile account will be removed from the project.

Please note that while your phone number will no longer be associated, any historical data your project has recorded via the Eyrus app including work hours, reports, and attendance will be available to the project team until the project is completed.
