This report displays all currently assigned devices that were not detected on-site for a given date or date range.
To get to the Undetected Devices report first click the Menu - then select the “Reports” tab.
Once in the “Reports” section you’ll want to look at the left menu and select “Hardware” this will take you to the “Undetected Devices” Report.
Each row will be per individual wearable. So if someone has more than one wearable they could potentially have up to as many rows per undetected device. In this table you will be able to search, sort, filter and group by desired fields. This report is also available for download.
