Progress Reports

Daily Report

Daily reports will display total people and gross hours for a selected single day. Downloadable reports with company and individual information are available. The report includes the following information:

• People On-Site:
  • Total number of unique people checked into the project for the selected day
  • A person is counted into this total number upon their first check-in of the day
  • This number will not decrease as people leave the project.
• Gross Hours:
  • Gross hours recorded on the project for the selected day
  • Same day gross hours will not be updated in real-time
  • Final numbers will not be solidified until the day ends.
• Company and individual breakdown:
  • Choose date for report
  • Select filters – If left blank, all information will be displayed
    • Filtering options
      • Company
      • CSI Divisions
      • On Site Today
        • Minimum number of people to display company in report
        • Maximum number of people to display company in report
        • Select display columns – Choose relevant columns to display in the report or choose to show all
        • View individual records by clicking the arrow next to the company name
        • This will display all individuals who were on-site for the selected day
  • Report categories:
    • Name
    • Badge number
    • First seen on-site
    • Last seen on-site (this will be blank if looking at the report for the same day)
    • Gross hours (this will be blank if looking at the report for the same day)
      • Download above report by selecting ‘Download’ located at the top right corner of the report

Weekly Report

Weekly reports will display the total number of people on-site and the 5-day average for a selected week. Downloadable reports with company information and daily breakdowns are available. The report includes the following information:

• Total People On-Site:
  • Total number of unique people checked into the project for the selected week
  • A person is counted into this total number upon their first check-in of the week. 
• Average:
  • Daily average of people on-site over a five-day period
• Company Breakdown:
  • Choose date for report
    • Any day you select will default the report to the week where the date falls
    • Eyrus reports measure weeks from Saturday – Friday
  • Select filters 
    • If left blank, all information will be displayed
  • Select display columns
    • Choose relevant columns to display in the report or choose to show all
  • Download above report by selecting ‘Download’ located at the top right corner of the report
