Opting In/Out of Text Messaging

There are a few ways people are automatically opted-in to receive project text messaging:

  • Person is a registered member of the workforce
  • Person is listed as an alert subscriber
  • Person has their phone number included in their Eyrus profile allowing a project admin to message them from the platform

Opt-out

If someone wishes to opt-out from project messaging they can simply reply with one of the keywords below in the text thread. No further messages will be delivered.

STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT

 

Opt-in

If they would like to opt back in and start receiving project messages again, they can:

  • Reply in the thread (that they previously used to unsubscribe to) with one of the keywords below:
    • START, YES, UNSTOP
    • Messages will start being delivered again.
  • Or they can simply send a text to 855-928-5669 with one of the below keywords:
    • START, YES, UNSTOP
    • Messages will start being delivered again.

 

Additionally, someone could also reply with one of the keywords below in the text thread. This should provide detail on how to opt in/out.
