Eyrus + Procore FAQ's
Does headcount data get backdated?
Setting up Eyrus to post headcount information to Procore each contract is setup with a start date. (See our article on Mapping Eyrus contracts to Procore vendors to learn more). Eyrus will never post headcount information before that date for a contract.
What happens if you manually create a manpower log in Procore?
Eyrus creates a unique manpower log for each project / vendor / date inside of procore. If you already create a manpower log for a given project / vendor and date then Eyrus will create a second entry.
Eyrus only updates the headcount and hours for a manpower log. This enables you to use the notes fields on the manpower logs that Eyrus creates.
When does headcount information get posted to Procore?
Eyrus posts headcount information to Procore's manpower logs in real time for 'today'. As a more tradespeople show up for a contract and their headcount increases Eyrus will post updated headcount information into Procore for 'today'.
Because today isn't over yet and Eyrus doesn't know how many hours were worked until the day is over we send over the hours as 0 hours. At 3am local time the next morning we go back and update the hours for the previous day.
Due to certain situations sometimes Eyrus system backdates headcount information. When headcount information is back dated it is pushed to Procore the following morning at 3am as opposed to real time.
If a manpower log is marked as complete Eyrus' system will not be able to update it.
