Once a Subcontractor is invited to participate in a project in the eCDR platform, they can then invite their own colleagues as users in eCDR as well. As an Admin Submitter, you can add and manage users within eCDR. Click here to learn more about permission and roles within Axon.
Instructions for adding a new user
1. Once logged in to eCDR, first select the project you’d like to add users to and then click the Settings icon on the Daily Logs page.
2. Click the Contract Users tab
3. Click the Add Contract User button which will load the invitation page.
4. Complete the email and role for the new user and click Add. You can add as many users as you want at one time.
5. When finished click Send Invitations to invite the new users to join. The added users will get an email with instructions on how to set up their profile.
