In Eyrus there are two main product Apex and Axon. Apex is the automated data and Axon is the self reported data from the submitters to the reviewers.
The recorded number comes from Eyrus' automated system (Apex) and that data is populated; well, automatically. Workers are registered with Eyrus' system when they are seen is automatically recorded.
The reported number comes from the submitter's self reported number.
If you are a submitter you can see the number of workers recorded for your contractor only. If you are the reviewer you can see the total number of workers recorded for the project.
