The Expirations widget on the project dashboard automatically watches for any expiring certifications across the workforce.
How it works
This widget will look for any certification date fields that mention "expiration" in the field name. It will then surface any workers that are currently expired or have upcoming expirations (this week/this month).
Viewing Expirations
If there are upcoming expirations you will see what kind and have a one-click method for seeing the impacted workers.
Clicking Review will direct you to a pre-filtered directory of just the impacted workers. You can then take an action as necessary including updating individual profiles, or applying a bulk action like text messaging or updating zone access permissions.
