Eyrus provides a simple solution if the situation arises where you need to flag or ban a registered person from your site. This action immediately prevents access to the current site and will raise awareness if that person attempts to register to another project in the account (this requires the registration approval to be enabled).
How to flag a person
Head to the person's profile in the workforce directory. Under actions click "flag person"
Complete the necessary information including notes, reasoning, and optional attachments.
Completing this step will immediately flag this person and prevent site access by deactivating any assigned badges. This action cannot be undone.
Registration prevention
The system will monitor registrations on other projects in the account and if a registration submission matches certain details of a flagged person it will flag it for review. This includes loose name matches (ex. Matt vs Matthew) combined with phone number. Project admins can review the information and decide to accept or reject the registration.
