Keys to a Smooth Launch
✔ Identify an onsite Eyrus point person
✔ Ensure power is available at reader locations
✔ Integrate registration into safety orientation
✔ Assign a project admin to manage badging
Here is what to expect when implementing Eyrus on to your project.
- Project Kickoff:
- Meet with Eyrus for a brief overview and to review project requirements, timeline, site layout, and implementation plans answering any questions you may have.
- Identify a Primary Eyrus Point of Contact
Each project should designate at least one onsite administrator who will be responsible for coordinating the Eyrus system.
-
This person typically:
Oversees worker registration and onboarding
Manages badge issuance
Serves as the primary contact for Eyrus support
Coordinates with the site safety team during workforce orientation
In many cases, this role is filled by a project administrator, safety coordinator, or member of the security team.
- Platform Configuration:
- Add companies, select registration fields, discuss zones, add registration or onboarding materials if you choose.
- Hardware Installation:
- Plan to receive and install selected hardware onsite (Install turnstiles, scanners, BLE readers, and other access control components)
- Workforce Registration:
- Workers begin registering through the Eyrus platform, typically during site safety orientation*
- That is for net new workers.
- *If your site has existing workers please discuss with your eyrus rep, as we are happy to collaborate on the best way to handle any existing workforce who were onsite prior to our deployment.
- Workers begin registering through the Eyrus platform, typically during site safety orientation*
-
Workforce Data Visibility:
- As long as there is power to the hardware and individuals are registered, real-time workforce data becomes available within the platform including dashboards and reports.
- Ongoing Operations:
- Eyrus supports workforce tracking, and reporting throughout the project, and if applicable, we will also support your daily access control efforts.
- The dedicated Eyrus Support Team and our Support Tools are resources to you and your Team for the life of the project
Reminder ~ You're set up for success and as long as you've identified a few individuals on your team to manage this.
